1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the products, services, websites, and applications (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Work Intelligence Inc, a Delaware corporation (“Work Intelligence”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using our Services, including WorkLLM, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Services. You may not use the Services where prohibited by law.

3. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Use of the Services

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes

  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

  • Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Services without authorization

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Services may integrate with third-party applications, platforms, or services (“Third-Party Services”), including but not limited to productivity tools, communication tools, project management tools, and cloud services.

  • You authorize us to access and process data from Third-Party Services only as explicitly permitted by you.

  • Your use of Third-Party Services is governed by their own terms and policies.

  • We are not responsible for Third-Party Services or their availability.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, content, trademarks, and technology used in the Services are owned by or licensed to Work Intelligence Inc.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

7. Confidentiality

You agree not to disclose non-public information obtained through the Services, including system behavior, features, or proprietary data.

8. Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Work Intelligence Inc shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for security or operational reasons.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
