1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Work Intelligence Inc. (‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use WorkLLM.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide (name, email, profile information, communications); automatically collected information (IP address, device/browser information, usage data, cookies); and data from connected applications such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Notion. We access only the information and scopes you authorize and only to provide the functionality you request.

3. How We Use Information

To provide and improve the Services, authenticate users, communicate with users, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and power AI features requested by users.

4. Limited Use of Google Workspace Data

Information obtained through Google Workspace APIs is used solely to provide user-requested functionality. We do not sell Google Workspace data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI models. Our application’s use of information received from Google Workspace APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. AI Processing

Only the information required for a request is processed. Google Workspace data is never used by us to train foundation models. Approved AI providers process data only to fulfill user requests under contractual privacy commitments.

6. Third-Party AI Providers

WorkLLM may use OpenRouter, approved upstream model providers, Google Vertex AI, and Mem0 to deliver AI functionality.

7. Communications

We may send operational communications related to your account.

8. Data Sharing

We may share information with infrastructure providers, AI providers, analytics providers, communication providers, and authorities where legally required. We never sell personal data or share Google Workspace data for advertising or AI training.

9. Data Security

Industry-standard encryption, access controls, and credential protection are implemented.

10. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary. Users may disconnect integrations or request deletion of associated data.

11. User Rights

Users may access, correct, delete, or request removal of their data where applicable.
