AI & Data Usage
Work Intelligence Inc. | Last Updated – July 22, 2026
Purpose
WorkLLM uses AI to search, summarize, draft, answer questions, and automate workflows across connected applications.
What Data AI Receives
AI receives only the minimum information required to fulfill your request and does not automatically process your entire mailbox, Drive, or other connected services.
How AI Processing Works
User Request → WorkLLM → Authorized Connected Apps → Relevant Information Retrieved → Approved AI Provider → Response Returned.
Connected Applications
Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Notion, Jira, and other supported services connected by you or your administrator.
AI Providers
WorkLLM may use OpenRouter, approved upstream model providers, Google Vertex AI, and Mem0. Google Workspace data is processed only to fulfill user requests and is not used to train generalized AI models.
Knowledge Bases
User-selected documents (such as Google Drive files) may be indexed to support retrieval and question answering until removed by the user.
What AI Never Does
Sell your data; use Google Workspace data for advertising; train generalized AI models on Google Workspace data; access services you have not authorized.
User Controls
Connect/disconnect integrations, revoke Google OAuth access, remove knowledge sources, delete conversations where supported, and request account deletion.
Security
Encrypted communications, OAuth authentication, and access controls protect connected data.
